COMMON ACTIVITIES CAUSING FOOT PROBLEMS

Common activities causing foot problem include:

– running
– jumping
– plyometics
– cleated sports (examples: football, soccer, sprinters)
-squatting

KAL ORTHOSES TIP: Cleated footwear is always tough! Try training in proper
athletic shoes whenever cleats are not required. If you can stay comfortable 90% of
the time, we can hopefully eliminate discomfort the remaining 10% of the time you
need to wear your cleats!
